Document Description
The project is located north of Blue Oaks Boulevard and east of Woodcreek Oaks Boulevard, in the city of Roseville. The Project site is within and undeveloped open space area associated with the Foothills Business Park Wetland Preserve and Conservation Area. The Project involves construction of 1,600-foot paved, two-lane Class I bike trail and parking area at the Foothill Boulevard trailhead (Figure 2). The new trail will run parallel to an intermittent stream and cross the intermittent steam in one location. The project will permanently and temporarily impact waters of the United States.
