CDFw has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2016-0402-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of San Mateo. Project involves construction of a public use trail along the south bank of the 16th Avenue drainage channel from Caltrian's Hayward Park Station to South Delaware Street in the City of San Mateo. construction along the south bank of the 16th Avenue drainage channel is limited to the top of bank on a dirt path from South Delaware Street tot eh Southern Pacific Railroad.
