Document Description
The California State Lands Commission has statutory authority, pursuant to Public Resources Code section 6826, to issue geophysical permits in State waters to qualified permittees for the use of low energy geophysical equipment to perform geophysical surveys of the ocean bottom, subject to specified terms and conditions. The California State Lands Commission action is issuing a 3-year non-exclusive geophysical survey permit to Occidental College (A2950).
