Document Description
The proposed project is an amendment to the Monte Sereno Municipal Code to allow lot line adjustments to be processed for lots that were legally created and recognized by the City as legal building sites but do not meet the current requirements of the minimum lot size required. These parcels may be adjusted in accordance with Government Code section 66412(d), which may increase or decrease the size of a lot, provided such adjustment does not create additional nonconformities, including, but not limited to, setbacks, lot coverage, building size and/or change in zoning district/designation.
