Document Description
The proposed project is to re-design and re-construct the first and second levels of existing buildings in the northwest portion of the Hillsdale Shopping Center located in the City of San Mateo. In addition, the proposed project includes construction of two new two-story free-standing buildings on the northwest corner of El Camino Real and 31st Avenue. The project would result in approx. 177,673 sq. ft. of mall retail space and food tenants, 40,000 sq. ft. for a fitness center, 16,656 sq. ft. of office space, an 804 seat cinema, and 13,158 sq. ft. of common circulation area within the shopping center.
