Document Description
The City of Winters Department of Public Works proposes to replace the existing 2-lane, 32 ft long and 23 ft wide multi-cell, concrete box culvert bridge that Caltrans has determined to be "Structurally Deficient" with a single span, precast voided slab with a polyester concrete overlay bridge widened to meet current City standards. The new bridge will be approximately 47 ft in length and 35 ft-4 inches wide, with two 12-ft wide traffic lanes and two 4-ft wide shoulders, along with 1ft-8 inches metal bridge railing on each side.
