General Plan Amendment, Zone Reclassification and Parcel Map Subdivision application (GPA/rezone/subdivision). General Plan Amendment, Zone Reclassification and Parcel Map Subdivision application (GPA/rezone/subdivision). The project involves: (1) a GPA to change the designation of an approximate eight acres from Timber or Thick Underbrush (T) to Rural Residential with a density range of one dwelling unit per 2.5 to 5 acres (RR-2.5-5); (2) a rezone of said lands from Unclassified (U) to Residential Suburban with a Special Building Site combining zone that sets the lot size per the parcel map of record (RS-B-6); and (3) a minor subdivision to result in Parcels 1 and 2 of approximately 4.7 and 4.0 acres, respectively, to remedy the creation of two parcels in violation of subdivision regulations. The project includes an exception request to allow for a 20' road width and an exception to County Fire Safe Regulations. i.e. non-conforming road width, length of dead-end road, turn-arounds.
