Document Description
This Programmatic EIR concerns three areas of study that are connected geographically in that they are associated with the flood control projects and other public works projects that impact this area of Cottonwood Creek near the towns of Yettem and Seville in Tulare County. They are also a logical part in the chain of projects related to the timing and physical changes required in order to serve the multiple purposes of this Integrated Regional Water Management Plan. The activities that will be carried out within the creeks and ditches are generally controlled by the Alta Irrigation District and Stone Corral Irrigation District. Tulare County (Flood Control District/Board of Supervisors) will serve as the Lead Agency.
