Document Description
15225 De Pauw Street is a vacant 9,121 sf lot that is proposed to be occupied by a new 31' tall, 4,950 sf single-family residence with an attached 435 sf garage, a 2,186 sf basement, and a 473 sf patio. A total of 735 cubic yards of earth will be cut, all of which will be exported off-site. 15273 De Pauw Street is currently occupied by a 1,208 sf single-family residence constructed in 1947. This existing residence will be demolished and replaced with a new 28' tall, 4,384 sf single-family residence with an attached 390 sf garage, a 1,839 sf basement, and a 353 sf patio. A total of 544 cubic yards of earth will be cut, and 441 cubic yards of earth will be balanced on-site. 103 cubic yards of earth will be exported off-site. A mature palm tree will be removed from this respective lot. Both projects will have an outdoor swimming pool. Both projects propose two off-street parking spaces in their driveway, for a total of 4 off-street parking spaces each.
