Document Description
Since the time of approval of the IS/MND, changes to the project have been made to accommodate onsite soil reuse; increasing the size of the playfields from 2 acres to 5 acres and adding a football field and track in addition to the originally proposed softball field; using bioswales instead of retention ponds to address hydrology and water quality issues; and removing consideration of the joint-use agreement with the City of San Diego for use of the playfields.
