The proposed Richgrove Community Park will be constructed on approximately 12.0 vacant acres of an existing 40 acre parcel (APN 340-060-010) which will divided to accommodate the 12 acre park. The park area will include a tot lot, children's ADA accessible playground, picnic areas with barbecues, skate park, soccer fields, baseball/softball field, sand volleyball court, basketball courts, a lighted walking path, restrooms, equipment/storage building, 10 off-street parking spaces, and solar panels for electrical needs. A biofiltration swale will be constructed to capture on-site drainage of storm-water.
