The proposed Marian Catholic Property Residential Project involves the construction of a 175-unit single family residential development, landscaping, parkways, and supporting infrastructure on an 18-acre site located on APN 624-301-16, 624-301-17, 627-301-18, and 627-301-19. In order to implement the project, the existing buildings on the project site associated with the site's previous use as a private Catholic high school, would be demolished to allow the construction of the new residential development.
