Various land use and zoning designations for Riverside County and the Cities of Menifee, Moreno Valley, Perris, and Riverside
Document Description
The project is the adoption of the Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) by the Commission. The ALUCP includes an expansion of the airport influence area (which defines potential effects of future aircraft operations) within portions of the County of Riverside and the cities of Menifee, Moreno Valley, Perris, and Riverside, as well as land under the jurisdiction of the March Joint Powers Authority. Compatibility criteria in the ALUCP apply only to future development and not existing land uses. The ALUC does not have jurisdiction over the operation of aircraft.
