Document Description
The CAP is a plan for the reduction of GHGE within the City of Chino. As such, the Project site includes the entire City, which occupies approximately 30 square miles. Through an informal partnership led by SANBAG Chino obtained the GHG inventories. The CAP has a quantified 2008 baseline GHGE inventory; a 2020 Business As Usual (BAU) inventory; and a 2020 reduced emissions inventory. The CAP includes a reduction target of achieving 15% below 2008 levels of emissions by 2020, a set of reduction measures to achieve the reduction target, an implementation section, and a CAP monitoring and update program.
