The Mariposa County Planning Department has received an application from Marla Kertzman and Ken Corallo for a Zoning Amendment and Conditional Use Permit for public stables and arenas on a 16.56 acre parcel located at 2759 Ranchito Drive, La Grange, and known as APN 020-290-004. Zoning Amendment No. 2013-053 proposes to amend Chapter 17.16 Rural Residential Zone (RRZ) to list "...public stables and arenas on parcels of 15 acres in size or greater, where arenas may be used for organized competitive events" under the Conditional Uses section.
