Document Description
The project involves replacing manhole H-21-54 and the terminal segment of the force-main pipeline between the Santa Ana Lift Station and manhole H-21-54. The replacement pipeline alignment would parallel the existing pipeline, mostly within 20 feet. However, the southern terminus would turn east prior to the existing alignment, and parallel the Ojai Valley Trail for approximately 120 feet and terminate at replacement manhole H-21-54. The pipeline alignment was selected to minimize removal of protected trees. The pipeline diameter would be increased from 10 to 12 inches. The new pipeline would be composed of ductile iron, polyvinyl-chloride or high density polyethylene.
