The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans #9) is proposing to enter into a standard maintenence agreement under the Streambed Alteration program (1602) from the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW-Inland Deserts Region) for their maintenence operations along all the highways in Inyo, Mono, and northern Sna Bernadino Counties. Work will occur in jurisdictional waterways that could be either ephemeral or perennial streams.
