The work authorized by this 1602 Agreement will occur in Inyo, Mono, and the northern section of San Bernardino Counties-the area defined as "District 9" of Caltrans; excluding the eastern portion of Kern County. The project will occur in jurisdictional waterways that could be either ephemeral or perennial streams.
