Establishment of a long term maintenance 1602 agreement with the CDFW and Caltrans for maintenance of culverts, bridges, and other water conveyance systems along the State Highway system. The work authorized by this 1602 Agreement will occur in Inyo, Mono, and the northern section of San Bernardino Counties-the area defined as "District 9" of Caltrans; excluding the eastern portion of Kern County. The project will occur in jurisdictional waterways that could be either ephemeral or perennial streams.
