Document Description
The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2012-0173-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Oakland Zen Center.
The project is limited to the installation of a free-span 40-foot by 12-foot bridge with two concrete abutments in order to cross the unnamed tributary to Rocky Creek. The abutments will be placed beyond the active channel of the unnamed tributary. The approaches to the bridge will be paved (with a material other than asphalt).
