Document Description
The project consists of a Joint Use Agreement ("Agreement") between Rio School District ("District") and the City of Oxnard ("City") for the use of a portion of the City's property known as the East Village Park. The Agreement establishes the terms and conditions governing the District's use of a portion of the East Village Park. The District's use of the East Village Park will be similar to the City's intended use, which is for recreation and paly. Thus, the project will invovle negligible or no expansion of size or use of the facilites.
