Document Description
Patrick Creek Road will be resurfaced with a triple chip seal for the 11,800 feet running from the intersection with Highway 199. The pavement width will vary from 14 feet to 20 feet, depending on the existing road surface. French Hill Road will be paved for 3200 feet beyond the present end of pavement (the first 0.1 miles from its intersection with State Highway 199 is currently paved. The width will vary from 14 feet to 20 feet where the existing road surface will allow. Only the current used roadway will be chip sealed.

The project is the repair, maintenance and minor alteration of a public facility (road) with no expansion of use, which will not increase the current capacity of the road or stimulate growth in this area. The proejct will reduce road surface ddust and erosion and reduce sediment delivery to streams and rivers. It will not have a significant adverse impact on the environment, or contribute to a comulatively significant adverse impact. The project will not affect a state scenic highway, cultural or historic resources, federal or state listed species or species proposed for listing, jurisdictional wetlands, or established floodways. The prject is not located with a toxic site listed by the Californai Environmental Protection Agency as provided under Section 65962.5 of the Govt. Code.
