The City of Calistoga will remove bulrushes and cattails from various creeks and storm drain ditches within its boundary to prevent localized flooding and the spread of the bulrushes and cattails. One of the sites will include the cattail removal from the storm drain ditch tath runs along the former Southern Pacific railroad right-of-way behind the Public Works Corporation Yard towards the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
