The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is issuing a permit to the Conservation Biology Institute pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 2081(a) for a project to assess the effectiveness of site preparation and seeding techniques in restoring Otay tarplant and native grasslands at burned and unburned and unburned sites at Rancho Jamul and Sweetwater Reservoir. The Projeect is the second phase of a larger project, the South County Grasslands Management Project.
