Caltrans proposes cold-in-place recycling of the existing roadway and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) overlay with shoulder replenishing from edge of pavement to EP with a maximum depth of four inches. The purpose of the project is to repair failing or damaged pavement on SR 33. This project will benefit the traveling public.
