The California Department of Public Health, as the Lead Agency, will be providing funds for this project form the State Revolving Fund to Rancho Estates Mutual Water Company. A planning/feasibility study will be conducted by Rancho to evaluate consolidation with neighboring water systems, new wells, two new storage tanks, a new potable distribution system, a treatment facility for nitrate, or a combination of the identified alterantives.
