Sale of a 3.67+/- acre parcel with an approximate 1,000 square-foot metal shed and perimeter metal fencing located at the southwest corner of Duley Road and Mariposa Avenue in the city of El Segundo. The site is a somewhat elongated shape, with 203 feet of frontage along Mariposa Avenue and 890 feet of frontage along Duley Road. In 1998, the property was donated by Rockwell International to the University of California to benefit the UCLA School of Engineering and Applied Science.
