The California Department of Public Health (Department) is the lead agency. The Department's Safe Drinking Water Proposition 84 Program is providing state funds for the project. The Lakeview Ranchos Mutual Water Company (MWC) proposes to study the feasibility of the following alternatives in order to address their current arsenic comtamination problem:
* Blending of MWC resources
* Construction of replacement wells
* Interconnection or consolidation with an adjacent water system
* Treatment for Arsenic
