Document Description
The proposed project consists of minor street and utility-related improvements associated with railroad safety enhancements to an existing at-grade crossing. Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) determined that there is a need to provide safety enhancements for the Sealed Corridor Project in order to bring the at-grade crossing up to current standards. As as result, SCRRA proposes minor sidewalk, street, and roadway improvements at Moorpark Avenue (within the City of Moorpark) and First Street, Erringer Road, and Sycamore Drive (within the City of Simi Valley).
