The project consisting a berm aproximately 260 feet in length, 6 feet wide at the base, and 3 feet wide at the top, ranging in height from 1.5 feet to 3.5 feet. The berm will prevent storm runoff rom flowing over the road, which causes road damage and could impact subsurface fiber optic and high voltage cables.
