Document Description
The project is limited to the replacement of an approximately 65-foot-long section of high-pressure natural gas pipeline using open trench construction methods. Project impacts include the excavation of two approximately 2-foot-wide, 75-foot-long trenches, of which approximately 80 square feet are within the bed, bank, channel, and supporting habitat of the unnamed tributary to Bear Creek. The excavated area will be approximately 6.5 fet below the stream channel and 11.5-feet below upland habitat. The trench will be backfilled with clean sand fill and excavated material.
