The State Water Resources Control Board (Board) is the responsible agency. The Board's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing state funds for the project. The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power proposes to covert the existing chlorination disinfection system to aqua ammonia disinfection system by construction of the Manhattah Wells Ammoniation Station.
