The project is limited to one stream encroachment on Fleener Creek at Post Mile 1.48 on Centerville Road to install above ordinary high water two 6-ft. by 2-ft. by 4-ft. wire gabion baskets filled with hand placed rock to protect the right-bank bridge abutment from further scour damage that threatens to undermine the abutment.
