Document Description
Approval of a Class 1, Permit Modification by the Department of Toxic Substances Control pursuant to the California Code of Regulations, title 22, section 66270.42 as submitted on August 29, 2011 by Ecology Control Industries Richmond facility. The revised permit application made changes to the figures and text of the document to reflect using the word instread of "figure" to refer to tank and tank area; removal and addition of waste codes from the waste analysis plan was done because the facility was not receiving these wastes at the facility.
