Document Description
The project is limited to removal of trees and vegetation within an ephemerally inundated backwater area of the Consumnes River. Vegetation maintenance is required to maintain a safe clearance between the high voltage transmission line and vegetation thereby eliminating the potential for vegetaion to fall onto or come into contact with the transmission line and cause power outage or fires.
