Document Description
The project is limited to the removal of an existing corrugated metal pipe drain and flap gate from the bank of Foss Creek. An approximately 3-foot wide by 9-foot long area will be excavated to remove the pipe. The area will then be backfilled with native soil, compacted and replanted. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0102-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
