Document Description
The District will demolish and remove the abandoned wooden structure formerly used to house water pump equipment and fill and cap the adjacent shallow well. The site is adjacent to Adobe Creek but none of the work will involve in-creek work. Fencing will be installed to preclude construction equipment, debris or dirt from entering the creek during the demolition and capping. Filling and capping of the well will require the removal of a black walnut tree and an elderberry tree that are growing through the existing well structure. The site will be revegetated with native understory and appropriate riparian species.
