Document Description
The project includes demolition of Digester Control Building 3, and Digesters 1 & 2, with Digester 1 being rebuilt in the same location. Digester 3 will be structurally and mechanically rehabilitated. There will be new support equipment for the new digester system. There also will be thickening equipment constructed on existing pavement and on grad eunder a sun canopy where Digester 2 is currently located. Piping improvements will be ,ade to digester Control Building 2, and the addition of polymer storage facility in the Dissolved Air Flotation Thickeing Building to support a new thickener will be constructed. A digester gas conditioning system will be constructed on a concrete slab that would be plaed on existing grade. A primary sludge screen will be placed on existig paved aareas or on top of existing structures within the footprint.
