Note: Extended Review The project proposes to retain the existing three-story office building at 395 Page Mill Road and construct two new four-story office buildings totaling ~311,000 sf on the property. The project proposes to demolish the existing one-story light industrial building on the 3045 Park Boulevard property and construct a three-story Public Safety Building (~44,500 sf) for the City of Palo Alto with a multi-level parking structure. The proposed project requires an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan and a Planned Community (PC) Rezoning to accommodate the proposed mix of uses, development density, and maximum building heights.
