The City of Manteca is proposing improvements to the SR 99 / Austin Road Interchange and Moffat Boulevard as mitigation for Phase 1 of the Austin Road Business Park Development Project. The proposed project is a set of roadway improvements that would improve the level of service at the Austin Road Interchange and the four nearby intersections to a level D or better.
