The comprehensive Shadelands Gateway Specific Plan has been developed to identify a vision and framework to guide the planned land uses and future development within the 25-acre Shadelands Gateway property located at a prominent gateway location in the City of Walnut Creek. The impetus behind this effort is a development proposal by the property owner, Property Development Centers, LLC., to redevelop the property.
