Document Description
The applicant is proposing construction of a 3,990 sf facility on the main floor (storage proposed on upper floor), which will consist of a small winery (15,000 cases or less, including storage of wine in barrels and aging of bulk wine), wine case and equipment storage and 750 sf tasting room. They are also seeking approval to allow up to 24 promotional and up to 36 non-promotional non amplified events (fundraisers, weddings or other social gatherings) annually. Attendance at events is not proposed to exceed 200 people at any one given time. This parcel is currently developed with a 70 acre vineyard and agricultural structures. The applicant is not currently proposing crushing, blending and or bottling at this location.
