Document Description

These proposed uses would occur within an existing 4,000-sf winery building located near the center of the property. Water service for the proposed project would be provided by an existing well on the property. Sewage treatment would be provided by an existing septic tank/leach field system on the property. Improvements for the proposed project would involve the application of gravel road-base for the existing driveway and new parking area.
