Document Description
The request is for a Use Permit to allow for a wine tasting room, food service of pre-packed foods and retail sales of wine products in conjunction with an existing winery operation on a 40-acre property. These proposed uses would occur within an existing 4,000-sf winery building located near the center of the property. Water service for the proposed project would be provided by an existing well on the property. Sewage treatment would be provided by an existing septic tank/leach field system on the property. Improvements for the proposed project would involve the application of gravel road-base for the existing driveway and new parking area.
