Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Specific Plan that proposes a primarily mixed-use development with residential, regional commercial and industrial uses. The Specific Plan includes open space and park components as part of the Conceptual Land Use Plan. In addition to describing the proposed building form and development standards, the Specific Plan also contains goals, policies, and programs relating to land use and urban design; traffic circulation; utilities and public services; biological resources; and housing. The Specific Plan also contains recommended implementation strategy to guide the next steps.
