Document Description
The Specific Plan proposes a primarily mixed-use development with regional commercial and industrial uses. The Specific Plan includes open space and park components as part of the Conceptual Land Use Plan. In addition to describing the proposed building from and development standards, the Specific Plan also contains goals, policies, and programs relating to land use and urban design; traffic and circulation; utilities and public services; biological resources; and housing. The Specific Plan also contains recommended implementation strategy to guide the next steps. It is assumed that this development under the Specific Plan would occur through 2035, which is considered the Specific plan Horizon.
