Notice of Determination for the Site Plan and Architectural Review for implementation of the 3.8-acre townhouse and live/work portion of the master plan approved for the Riverfront Mixed-Use development project. Riverscape consists of 33 townhouses, 12 condominiums (stacked flats), and five live/work units. The overall Riverfront Mixed-Use project consists of 35.7 acres, and an EIR was certified for the Riverfront Mixed-Use Project in July 2014. Riverscape is substantially the same as the project evaluated in the EIR and the modifications to the project will not cause a substantial increase in the severity of previously identified impacts or result in any new significant impacts. Per CEQA Guidelines section 15162(a)(l) a new EIR is not required.
