Document Description
The proposed project consists of a mixed-use development on an existing 35.7 acres (39.5 acres including the off site Riverfront Park), a rezone and a 144 lot subdivision with 4 common parcels. Future development includes 237 residential units (134 single-family homes, 100 apartments, and 39 townhomes), 90,000 square feet of commercial space (30,000 square feet of retail and 60,000 square feet of office), a 120-room hotel, approximately 3.7 acres of civic space, a system of multi-use trails and the dedication of Parcel D to the City for the potential future development of a community boathouse adjacent to the Petaluma Small Craft Center.
