The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is considering approval of the Interim Soil Removal Work Plan for the former Southwest Marine property (Site), located in Terminal Island, California, pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, California Health & Safety Code (H&SC). The purpose of the Project is to implement the proposed removal actions to be completed in the northern and western portions of the Site in preparation for redevelopment of a portion of the Site.
