Document Description
The applicant proposes to construct a residential community with 326 single-family dwelling units and related facilities within approximately 89.1 acres in five phases. The project includes a community recreationc enter, public neighborhood park, internal road and trail system, an on-site wastewater treatment and water reclamation facility, and wet weather storage area. Approx. 28.2 acres will be dedicated open space and 36.5 acres of existing agriculture uses (avocado orchard) will be preserved in an agriculture easement.
