Document Description
The proposed Sierra Industrial Project includes the construction and operation of approximately 742,142 sf "high-cube" logistic warehouse use. The proposed warehouse includes two potential office spaces totaling approximately 35,000 sf that would be located at the northwest corner and southwest corner of the building. Commensurate with the Warehousing Distribution Logistic Overlay District requirements, the proposed project will also include the construction of Mango Avenue along the project site's easterly frontage and continuing south for another approximately .9 miles.
